All of us have that one movie that no matter what we’re doing, where we are, we stop at that moment and watch that movie.  For me, it’s Finding Forrester.

I’m not sure what it is, but there’s something about ‘mentor’ movies that make me watch them.  I always like to watch the chemistry between the two primary players, watching one develop as the other shows him the way.

When I watch this movie, I get jealous of the two characters.  The writer, because he gets to hide away all of his problems from society.  The student, because his entire life is ahead of him, and he has that gift we all wish we have.

I’m feeling all too serious tonight.  Same guy, same address, new blog.  Trying to get this thing off the ground.
